SWEETWATER, Tenn. - A man suspected of stealing more than $60,000 in a scam on a East Tennessee car dealer has been caught in Arizona. Todd Joseph Sweet of Muskegon, Mich., and his wife, Donna Poe Johson, were caught in a motel in Cottonwood on Saturday..
